Creation of a questionnaire

The creation of a questionnaire with WinAsks Professional 2.0 is very simple: in fact you only need to enter the text of questions and answers, leaving the program the setup of all the required options.

WinAsks Professional allows you to use four questions types:

• Multiple choice
• Insertion
• True / False
• Association

Each question is completely costumizable and you can change the style (e.g. fonts, colors, ...), the options (e.g. time, errors, hints...). In every question you can use 5 images (BMP, GIF, PCX, JPG, TGA.), 5 sounds (WAV, MID), 5 animations (FLI, FLC) and 5 video (AVI), thus making really explanatory and stimulating your questions!

You can also give each question a score, even based on the result of the question. After filling in the questionnaires, you can show an overall evaluation. Before beginning a questionnaire you can request to enter some data (e.g. name and surname), defined during the creation, and show customized messages (e.g. at the beginning, at the end, ...).

The check of each given answer can be made automatically by the program or manually by the user (ideal for self evaluations). You can also make no check, only saving the given answer (e.g. for surveys).

The questionnaire / survey can also be protected, thus making it inaccessible to unauthorized users. WinAsks Professional lets you choose among several different protection methods: you can limit the number of accesses, set a password, encrypt the file, etc.

Other available options are the possibility to use already created questionnaires, inserting them with a few mouse clicks, links to other files, the use of comments, etc. WinAsks includes also a questionnaire browser, which displays all the questions in a table format, for a better overall management of the complete project.
