Maintenance and Technical Support Contract

The purchase of one or more WinAsks Professional's licenses includes 90 days of free technical support and the opportunity to get latest versions: small releases will be freely available, while new versions will be offered at a discounted price. Each registered user can therefore download from Internet (or get via normal snail-mail) the new file and proceed to the update.

By stipulating a Maintenance and Technical Support Contract, whenever a new update is available, you'll receive at you own domicile (home, school, company, etc.) the disks containing the update as well as a brochure with detailed instructions about its installation. Moreover you'll be entitled of one year of free technical support.

The advantages of this contract are clear. They can be summarized as follows:

  • You will not need to contact SmartLite Software to know if a new update has been released (you will directly receive them)

  • You will save time and money, without the need of downloading updates from Internet or getting them via snail-mail

  • You will be sure to have all the updates released by SmartLite Software

  • You will be entitled of one year (instead of 90 days) of free technical support

  • You will receive quarterly the Knowledge Base, packed with latest and useful information

The price of the Maintenance and Technical Support Contract is 69 US$.

After receiving the respective payment, SmartLite Software, or one of its authorized distributors, will confirm the occurred stipulation; after the expiration of the contract, you will be able to reconfirm it or withdraw from it.
