Analyzing the results

The analysis of the results represent the last step in the use of a questionnaire / survey. WinAsks Editor places several features at your disposal, allowing you to make simple, quick and effective analyses.

The work environment is similar to a modern spreadsheet so, this way the learning time is really reduced to the minimum. Data to be analyzed can be entered manually or, if the questionnaire has been filled in with WinAsks Player, they are automatically collected and loaded.

With WinAsks Editor you can calculate statistics and frequencies, apply filters, create cross tables, make sorts, etc.: you'll find the functions you REALLY need, no more, no less. Two very useful features are the automatic statistics and the automatic filters: with only one mouse click you will able to display means, maximums, minumums, etc., and select a subset of you your data very quickly.

After you have analyzed the data, you can also show them graphically using several chart types: from pies to areas, from bars to scatters, etc., both in 2D and 3D. A chart wizard follows you step by step in the creation of a chart, leaving you the choice to change all the other options: colors, styles, patterns, legends, etc. The chart, as well as the analyses, can be exported to other applications for a later change.

All the analyses and charts, finally, can be printed on paper, with a full print preview.
